Job Title: Sales Customer Service Advisor
Location: Oldbury (Office Based)
Salary: £26,750.04 + Average OTE of £3k
Contract: Full time – permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, rotational shifts between Monday – Sunday between 07:00 – 21:00
Start Date: Various dates in September & October 2026 (Please make sure you include any annual leave or holiday requirements in your application)

What will the role involve?
- Supporting our customers via telephone through their breakdown journey, understanding their situation and identifying their needs for the right solution
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through inbound and outbound customer conversations.
- Engaging with Customers and building confidence to deliver outstanding customer outcomes on every call
- Identifying customer needs to ensure the correct products are promoted to them whilst resolving all queries
- Pushing for better by using resources, tools and systems available to offer the best customer outcome
- Maintaining focus and composure during peak call times, ensuring each customer receives the same exceptional level of customer service
