45 Hours per week working at Ketton cement plant. 7am while 4pm general site upkeep and working on Disab vaccum tankers, position is general labour also. Breaks are paid (2 half hour breaks per day) and each full time employee gets £50 a week standby bonus with a potential £25 a week on top attendance bonus coming into effect over the next few months. The standby bonus is there as 2 members of the 4 man team will alternate 1 weekend out of every 2 to be on call. extremely rare that any one is called out but the £50 standby bonus will still be paid weekly. in the rare case that you're called out on your weekend you still get the £50 bonus plus a full 8 hour shift paid even if the call out was done in a couple of hours. Saturday is £13ph and Sunday is £16 per hour, The £50 standby and the potential £25 attendance that starts soon will put you way over the minimum wage. making your potential earnings per week £14.38 per hour. 2.3 holiday days are earned per calendar month worked, also potential for more hours during their 2 shutdowns a year. any info ring 07792031987
