About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our busy Dartford-based team. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating daily planned and reactive maintenance across a varied portfolio of commercial and residential sites. You will act as the primary operational link between field engineers, sub-contractors, and key client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for routine maintenance requests, emergency call-outs, and client updates.
- Schedule, dispatch, and track internal maintenance engineers and specialist sub-contractors across multiple client sites.
- Issue Work Orders, purchase orders, and track jobs from initial logged request to final invoicing.
- Manage client service level agreements (SLAs) and KPI performance tracking.
- Process engineer timesheets, job sheets, and compliance documentation (RAMS, gas, electrical safety records).
- Handle client queries efficiently while building strong working relationships.
Requirements
- Previous experience in contract administration or service coordination within the facilities management, building maintenance, or construction sectors.
- Proven experience managing multiple client sites simultaneously.
- Strong working knowledge of CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems or job management software.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise urgent maintenance tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
