What You'll Be Doing
- Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers, providing expert guidance throughout their property journey.
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Conducting property viewings with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Generating new business opportunities and maintaining regular contact with applicants, vendors, and prospective clients.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team targets.

- Previous experience in estate agency or a customer-facing sales role is advantageous, but we'll also consider individuals with the right attitude, determination, and willingness to learn.
We offer a competitive package including a basic salary, uncapped commission, monthly performance bonuses, a car allowance, and a six-month earnings guarantee to help you get started. Realistic first-year on-target earnings are £40,000–£50,000.
Working hours are 8:30am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays (9:00am–5:00pm). In return for working Saturdays, you'll receive a half-day working from home during the week.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
