We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Job Role
- Preparation, Cooking and Plating of hot and cold foods from the Starter and Dessert Sections, Lite Bite and Takeaway Menus.
- Carry out Lunch and Set Day menu service
- Write daily preparation lists and complete in order of urgency.
- Check and put away orders and stock rotate.
- Keep kitchen clean, tidy and organised.
- Keep EHO paperwork up to date, fridge/freezer temperature checks etc.
- Be able to lead the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
- Any other Ad Hoc duties as and when required by the Head Chef.
Experience
- Minimun of 2 years experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary arts
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management
- Experience with food production processes
- Ability to work effectively within a team and alone and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Average working week 40 to 45 hours over 5 days.
Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
