Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist
Location: Albrighton, West Midlands
Salary: Up to £43,000 plus bonus
Hour of work: Full time, Monday–Friday with no nights, weekends or on-call responsibilities
Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist to support children with complex care needs across the West Midlands. This role offers a strong work–life balance with office and community-based work.
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high‑quality, person‑centred complex care to adults and children in their own homes. As our Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping safe, effective, and compassionate care for children with complex health needs.
Role overview:

Manage complex caseloads including paediatric packages

Develop and review care plans
-
Train and assess care staff
-
Ensure clinical quality and compliance

Review MAR charts and care documentation
-
Build strong relationships with families and MDTs
Skills needed:
-
Airway management including tracheostomy care
-
Ventilation management
-
Enteral feeding (PEG/JEJ/NG)
-
Experience with neurological or spinal conditions is beneficial.
Requirements:

NMC Pin with at least 2 years’ post qualification nursing experience

Full UK driving licence

Strong clinical judgement

Flexibility to support regional packages
