Bank Staff – Early Years Practitioner Term‑time only
Our preschool is seeking motivated and adaptable individuals to join our bank staff pool. This role provides flexible, as‑needed cover to support the smooth running of the setting.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS
· Supervise and engage children in age‑appropriate activities
· Maintain a safe, clean and organised environment
· Work effectively with the team to ensure consistent routines
Requirements
· Experience working with children aged 18 months – 5 years
· Level 2/3 Early Years qualification
· Strong understanding of safeguarding
· Ability to adapt quickly to different routines and needs
