We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic waiting staff. Our front of house team will be able to confidently interact with guests, providing them with a high standard of service and will create a comfortable and relaxed environment for our guests. Previous experience is preferred but certainly not essential as full training will be provided. Hours can be varied and can be flexible to suit you.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide guests with a knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic and thoughtful service at all times
- Understand and be able to communicate the food and drink menu to customers and answer any questions
- Ensure guests are charged correctly
- Adhere to dress code standards
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of service tools and areas
- Support team members in the completion of their duties to ensure satisfaction to guests
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.
