Site Assistant
Grade 4 A-C FTE £27,780-£29,218 (dependent on experience)
Full Time 37 hours per week, including varied hours and holiday cover for evenings and weekends as required (on a rota) 52 weeks per year (minus annual leave plus bank holidays)

We are seeking to appoint an individual who will be an integral part of the school community.
The role would be suitable for someone experienced, or a college leaver. We will provide you with the environment to learn the role of a Site Assistant, incorporating additional training to enhance your skills.
Our team of Site Staff are a close-knit team, who pride themselves in offering an excellent service to the whole school community, as well as delivering a high standard throughout the buildings and grounds.
If you possess a polite and courteous manner and have the ability to multi task, this could be the role for you. An interest in site management, maintenance, plumbing, joinery or electrical trade experience or DIY would be seen as an advantage.
Main Duties
- To maintain all buildings and grounds to a high standard to provide a safe, efficient, and effective learning and working environment for students and staff.
- Facilitate the use of the site for school events and external users
- Health and Safety management
- Reactive buildings management
- Defect and fault reporting
