Bristol CadCam, part of ALS — the largest dental group in the UK and a leader across Europe — is seeking a CAM Dental Trainee to join our fast-growing, technology-focused lab.

Shift Schedule: Variable shifts – Currently 06:00-14:00, 14:00–22:00 (Monday to Friday, possibly extending to weekends in the future). You will work on week on the early shift and the following week on the late shift.
What You’ll Do:
· Assist in computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) of dental prosthetics and restorations.
· Learn to operate modern, state-of-the-art equipment, including milling machines, 3D printers, SLM printers, and sintering ovens.
· Follow precise digital workflows to produce crowns, bridges, and implant components.
· Work closely with experienced dental technicians in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
. Work closely with the team to make sure deadlines are met.
. Monitor machine performance and health, reporting abnormalities
· Ensure all restorations meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
. Ensure all machines are cleaned and maintained according to requirements, keeping all production areas clean and tidy
What We’re Looking For:
. No dental experience necessary, full training will be provided.
· Enthusiasm for working with machines.
· Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CAM software (e.g. Millbox, YenaCAM).
· A natural mechanical aptitude and enthusiasm for operating manufacturing equipment.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
· Dependable and flexible — able to adapt to a rotating shift schedule.
· No experience needed — full training provided.
