About the role
At Plymouth Community Homes, we're looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team and support the treasury, funding and financial planning activities that help drive our growth ambitions.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialist treasury expertise within a highly respected treasury function, working alongside experienced finance professionals while building a rewarding long-term career.
Working closely with our Group Treasurer, you'll support key treasury and corporate finance activities, including:

Producing financial analysis and treasury reporting

Supporting funding, borrowing and cash management activities

Assisting with financial planning and forecasting

Analysing data and identifying trends to support decision-making
-
Working on projects that contribute to business growth and financial sustainability

Building relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
The role offers exposure to a wide range of treasury activities, making it ideal for someone who wants to broaden their finance knowledge and develop valuable specialist skills.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

Has experience within a finance, treasury, accounting or financial analysis role

Enjoys working with numbers, data and financial information

Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Produces accurate, high-quality work and has great attention to detail

Can manage competing priorities and work to deadlines

Builds positive working relationships and collaborates effectively with others

Is studying towards, or interested in pursuing, a professional finance qualification

Is motivated to learn, develop and progress their career
