Your Role
Working alongside the Home Manager and the wider Majesticare team, you’ll take pride in maintaining a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment.
You’ll oversee planned and reactive maintenance, complete regular safety checks, coordinate contractors and make sure the home, gardens, equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
You’ll respond thoughtfully to the needs of people living in the home and recognise that even the smallest repair can make a meaningful difference to someone’s comfort, confidence or daily routine.
You’ll also help protect the character of the home, making sure every space feels cared for, inviting and ready to be enjoyed by the people who live, work and visit there.

Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management or a similar practical role is important. A good understanding of health and safety, fire safety, compliance and planned maintenance would also be valuable.
