The Thomas Bradley Group are a growing organisation that focuses on the Legal, Financial and Property markets. Working across the country we help clients sell their home, carry out estate planning services such as a Will and Power of Attorney or provide financial advice to ensure clients financial affairs are performing effectively for retirement.
We are looking for a professional and customer focused Welcome Desk Associate to join our team. As first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, resolving queries and ensuring all customer requests are handled efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with clients, able to manage multiple tasks, and committed to providing a positive experience on every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from clients regarding queries, complaints and support requests.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer queries are followed up and resolved promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and actions taken.
- Monitor outstanding requests and ensure timely updates are provided to clients.
- Build positive relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks when required.
Skills and Experience
- Previous Customer Service. Reception, Contact Centre Administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to details.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling complaints.
- Confident using Microsoft Office application
Pay: Up to £26,227.50 per year
