We are seeking a passionate Swimming Instructor to join our team in Scotland. Based in Peterhead, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging swimming lessons that help individuals of all ages improve their skills and enjoy water safety. Your contribution will support our mission to make swimming accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and safe swimming lessons tailored to different skill levels.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging environment for learners.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective lesson plans.
- Promote water safety awareness within the community.
- Keep accurate records of attendance and progress.

- Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as SASA/STA Level 2 or higher (or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to motivate learners of all ages.
- Knowledge of water safety standards and protocols.
- Enthusiasm for promoting healthy activity through swimming.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
