Location: Newton Aycliffe
Rate: £22.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Approximately 5 Weeks
Hours: 39 hours per week, with weekend work available
Edge Contracting are recruiting for experienced Painters & Decorators to join a project in Newton Aycliffe
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable painters looking for around 5 weeks of work, with the potential to increase earnings through weekend overtime.
Duties
- Applying emulsion to walls and ceilings.
- Glossing woodwork, including doors, skirting boards and frames.
- Preparing surfaces prior to painting.
- Filling, sanding and making good where required.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working area.
- Working to a high standard of finish.
- Following all site health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- Previous painting and decorating experience.
- Own brushes, rollers and painting tools.
- Full PPE.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
