We're recruiting for an experienced Mobile Pump Fitter to join a growing engineering team covering the local area from Grays.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with experience working on pumps, generators, diesel engines, or plant machinery to join a well-established company offering excellent earning potential, ongoing training, and genuine career progression.

The Role
As a Mobile Pump Fitter, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing pumps and associated equipment both in the workshop and at customer sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Service, maintain, and repair water pumps and generators
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical faults
- Attend customer breakdowns and carry out on-site repairs
- Complete planned maintenance and inspections
- Accurately complete service reports and job documentation
- Deliver a professional level of customer service on-site
About You
To be considered, you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Mobile Pump Fitter, Pump Engineer, Plant Fitter, Generator Engineer, Diesel Mechanic, or similar
- Good knowledge of diesel engines and basic electrical systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working on pumps, generators, plant machinery, or heavy equipment
- Full UK Driving Licence
