Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver with Warehouse duties to join our team. This role involves multi drop deliveries to various locations in Northern Ireland and warehouse duties as required. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent driving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to handle physical workload efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our logistics operations while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles, to deliver goods to clients in a timely manner
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring items are handled with care and secured properly during transit
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly
- Follow all health and safety protocols during driving and warehouse activities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably within a commercial or logistics environment
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting and manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high safety standards during all duties
Pay: From £26,436.80 per year
