Job description
Soudal is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive sales growth and manage accounts across our Scotland South region. This is a field-based role focused on developing strong customer relationships and delivering commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key and independent accounts within the region
- Drive sales and increase market share
- Build strong customer relationships
- Negotiate pricing, product range, and commercial agreements
- Identify and deliver new sales opportunities
- Train and support distributor branch staff
Profile
- Proven field sales experience
- Background in distribution (preferably in the construction sector)
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Commercially focused and results-driven
- Confident with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- IT literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
