To deliver a friendly and efficient customer service to customers and guests visiting the club..
Serve and present beverages quickly and efficiently to meet club standards and wait on tables where necessary.
Be able to use a POS till system.
Collection and washing up of dirty glasses.
After a successful training period be able to work alone in the bar when needed and take responsibility for locking up the premises and cashing up.
Be able to do basic cellar management

Additional hours to cover holidays when required.
