Job Summary
We're looking for friendly, reliable and motivated individuals to join our team at Core Padel and The Workout Nuneaton.
This is a varied role combining reception, customer service, administration and gym attendant duties. You'll be one of the first faces our members and visitors see, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring the facilities are clean, organised and running smoothly.
We're looking for flexible team members who enjoy working with people, take pride in their work, and are happy to get involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming members and visitors to the facility
- Conducting tours for prospective members
- Signing up new memberships
- Managing reception duties and answering telephone/email enquiries
- Assisting members with any questions or requests
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the gym and club
- Preparing and serving drinks, including tea, coffee and alcoholic beverages
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including bookings and stock deliveries
- Supporting the wider team with the smooth day-to-day running of the facility

Working Hours
We are looking for staff who can work a range of shifts across weekdays and weekends.
- 7–8 hour shifts
- Three shifts per day
- Evening shifts finish at 12:00am (midnight)
Desirable Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required. However, the following would be advantageous:
- Level 2 Food Safety
- First Aid qualification
