A great opportunity for an experienced, motivated and skilled production welder to join our busy production team, working on the companies varied product ranges
Who we are
The UK’s leading manufacturer of CCTV camera mounting equipment. We design, manufacture and supply our wide and varied product range, from our base in Capel Hendre, near Swansea at the end of the M4 in South Wales. Most of our processes are in house; we laser-cut, press, fabricate, weld and also powder coat, along with the assembly and distribution of our products, throughout the UK and Worldwide.
Knowledge – Skills – Experience
- Must be time served in welding and fabrication or have relevant NVQ’s and experience
- Having completed an apprenticeship would be an advantage
- Must be able to MIG weld to a high standard
- Must be able to fabricate and work to engineering drawings
- Working in a busy production environment, a time driven work attitude is required
- Accurately record all job bookings
- Work under own initiative
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience in welding stainless steel an advantage
- Current or previous coding to EN 9606-1 an advantage

Hours of work:
4 day working week - 3 days 07.30am to 18.00pm / 1 day 07.30am to 17.00pm (38 hrs) with day off to be agreed.
Pay
Starting rate is £15.36 p/h which will increase to £16.75 p/h after performance objectives are met along with additional bonus payments for achieving productivity related goals.
Salary range: £30,435 to £35,457
