Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Residential Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our care home facility. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise caregiving staff to ensure high standards of care are consistently met.
- Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
- Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Manage daily operations of the care home, including staffing schedules, resident admissions, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
- Foster strong relationships with residents and their families by providing transparent communication and personalized support.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols and documentation standards.
Experience
- Proven senior placement experience within assisted living facilities or nursing homes, demonstrating effective leadership and supervisory skills.
- Extensive background in senior care settings with hands-on experience.
- Knowledge of care plans development, medication administration procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Strong understanding of home care operations combined with excellent organizational abilities.
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining compassionate resident-centered service.
- Prior involvement in managing or improving quality assurance processes within a care home setting.
