This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating engaging content and driving brand growth.
Our client is looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive who can take ownership of their marketing strategy, manage social media platforms, and produce high-quality content that stands out in a competitive property market.
This is a creative role where thinking outside the box is essential. You'll be responsible for capturing and creating engaging property content, including video production using drone footage, and ensuring the company’s brand presence continues to grow.
Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, and campaigns
Use drone technology to film properties and create high-quality video content
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote properties and brand awareness
Develop creative ideas to differentiate the brand in a competitive market
Monitor performance and analytics to optimise campaigns
Work closely with the sales and property teams to align marketing initiatives
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role (property experience desirable but not essential)
Strong content creation skills (photo, video, and written content)
Experience managing multiple social media platforms
Drone filming experience (or willingness to use and develop skills)
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
A passion for marketing and brand development
Must have a clean full licence and access to a car
