We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Hairdresser to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Providing customised haircuts, colouring, styling, and finishing services tailored to client preferences
- Performing specialised treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application
- Offering personalised consultations to advise clients on haircare routines and products
- Managing front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling and client reception
- Mentoring junior staff and trainees to ensure high standards of service are maintained
- Upselling additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Assisting with store management tasks as required, including stock replenishment and product displays
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Barbering professional with a strong portfolio of work
- Demonstrable expertise in store management, customer service, and front desk operations
- Skilled in eyelash extensions, makeup application, and colour techniques
- Experience in mentoring junior team members is desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to upsell services effectively while ensuring client satisfaction is maintained

Pay: £24,420.00-£51,996.67 per year
