Customer Consultant Role
We have an exciting opportunity within our Southport agency for a self-motivated Customer Consultant who is a team player and will be passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers. If you like people and enjoy delivering a high-quality customer experience, you’ll enjoy working within our agency as a customer consultant.
This is a part-time position with the working hours being Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9 am - 4:30 pm and Saturdays between 9 am - 12 pm on a rota basis.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Consultant you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, whether you’re welcoming our customers or providing information on our products and services, you’ll always deliver an outstanding customer experience every step of the way making sure that what we do is always in our customer’s best interests.
You will be dealing with customers financial transactions over the counter and opening savings accounts in meetings with customers on behalf of the Building Society that we look after. There will also be opportunities to work on other projects across the group and get involved in initiatives in the local community as appropriate.
Who will you work for?
As the Building Society agency is ran as part of a Financial Services business, there are opportunities for dual roles and development into the financial services side of the business. This may be through paraplanning, advice in the form of mortgages or full financial planning or into management roles. You will be employed by KBA FS Ltd who have offices in Lancashire, Cheshire, and Greater Manchester. Skills Preferred
- A proven track record in delivering a fantastic Customer experience.
- Previous experience of working in a customer-facing sales environment.
- Experience of building strong relationships with your customers.
- Financial Services Industry knowledge (desirable, but not essential as training will be provided).
- Good administration & PC skills.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to work with limited supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Experience of handling cash is preferable.
