We are looking for a Senior Carer/ Team Leader for our 24 bed residential care home.
We have a position available to cover 24 - 30 hours per week. Flexibility to work am/pm and weekend shifts is essential.
Preference will be given to those who have been working as a senior carer in an elderly/dementia care home. However, we will consider your application if you have long term care experience and are ready to step up to the role of a senior.
You will be able to demonstrate strong team leading and administration skills, as well as have had training and experience in medication administration.
Ideally you will have an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or equivalent or be prepared to study to achieve this.

Shift patterns are 08:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 20:00. Weekend availability on rotation is essential.
