As we continue to launch new stores, new products, and exciting brand initiatives, we are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing & Brand Executive to help shape the future of Dolce Desserts.
The Role
We are looking for an ambitious marketing professional who can take ownership of Dolce Desserts’ digital presence and customer engagement strategy.
This is not just a social media role. We need someone who understands branding, content creation, customer psychology, loyalty marketing, and community building.
You will be responsible for ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects the Dolce Desserts brand and delivers a consistent, engaging experience.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow Dolce Desserts’ presence across:
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- Google Business Profile
- Plan and execute content calendars.
- Create engaging daily stories and posts.
- Film, edit and publish short-form video content.
- Respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
- Ensure all content aligns with Dolce Desserts’ brand tone and identity.
Content Creation
- Create high-quality photography and videography content.
- Design posters, flyers, promotional materials and digital assets.
- Develop launch campaigns for new products and store openings.
- Generate fresh content ideas and marketing concepts.
- Work closely with management to bring campaigns from idea to execution.
Loyalty & Customer Engagement
- Manage and optimise Dolce Desserts’ loyalty platforms and customer engagement programmes.
- Create offers, promotions and rewards campaigns.
- Develop strategies to increase customer retention and repeat visits.
- Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Brand Management
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Ensure high standards of design, messaging and presentation.
- Support franchisees and stores with marketing materials when required.
- Help strengthen Dolce Desserts’ position as a leading international dessert brand.
Marketing Strategy
- Contribute ideas for growth and customer acquisition.
- Research competitors and industry trends.
- Assist in planning seasonal campaigns and promotional calendars.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and provide regular reporting.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Strong content creation skills (photo, video and editing).
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Business.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with a proactive mindset.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in hospitality, food, retail or franchise businesses.
- Knowledge of loyalty platforms and customer retention strategies.
- Paid social advertising experience.
- Basic photography and videography equipment knowledge.
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
