Armourgeddon Tank Driving is seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to help maintain and improve our site and surrounding land. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in outdoor work and keeping environments safe, tidy, and functional. We are looking for someone that can work two days a week.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the upkeep and general maintenance of our full site. This includes a wide range of practical tasks to ensure the grounds remain presentable and operational at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Fence repairs and installation
Grass cutting and vegetation control
General site maintenance and upkeep
Painting and basic repairs
Assisting with land management tasks
Identifying and addressing maintenance issues proactively
Requirements:
Self-employed and able to invoice for work
Available for 2 days per week until November (with potential for extension)
Experience in grounds maintenance or similar work
Digger/excavator licence (preferred but not necessary)
Practical, hands-on skillset
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Own tools and transport (preferred but not necessary)
