Sales Consultant (Full-Time) – Luxury Watches & Jewellery

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Sales Consultant to join our prestigious luxury jewellery boutique in the heart of Matlock.
Working with some of the world's most respected and desirable watch and jewellery brands, you will play a key role in creating a memorable and personalised shopping experience for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, knowledgeable team within a well-established and respected business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Building strong relationships with customers and providing expert product advice.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Maintaining the highest standards of presentation throughout the boutique.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting with stock management, merchandising and general boutique operations.
- Assisting our e-commerce team with website order fulfilment, adding variety and additional responsibility to the role.
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail sales experience, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, confident and personable manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good IT and computer skills.
- A smart and professional appearance with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
Previous experience selling jewellery or luxury goods would be an advantage; however, this is not essential as comprehensive product training will be provided.

Working Hours
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, five days per week on a rota basis including weekends and bank holidays.
