We are currently looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Counter Assistant to join our team at our busy dessert shop.
As a Counter Assistant, you will be the face of our business, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. Your main responsibilities will include taking orders, preparing and serving desserts, handling payments, and ensuring the shop is clean and well-presented at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn are more important.
You must be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
