We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Night Carer to join our care team. You will play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night.
You will work closely alongside the Night Senior Carer, who will provide leadership, guidance, and support throughout your shift. This ensures safe practice, strong teamwork, and consistent, high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and person-led care throughout the night, including:
- Supporting residents with personal care needs, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
- Carrying out regular wellbeing checks and responding promptly to call bells
- Assisting with repositioning and continence care where required
- Supporting residents who may be anxious, awake, or require reassurance during the night
- Working in partnership with the Night Senior Carer to ensure safe care delivery and effective decision-making
- Accurately documenting care provided using digital care systems
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Supporting with light domestic duties to ensure the home is ready for the day ahead
