Job Summary
The DPS (Designated Project Supervisor) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating project activities within their designated area. This role involves supervising team members, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, management experience, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve project goals effectively. Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the project team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope
- Manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimise productivity
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to facilitate communication and coordinate activities
- Prepare reports on project status, milestones achieved, and any challenges encountered
- Assist in training new staff members and developing team skills through mentorship

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced environment
