Role Purpose
To provide organised, accurate and proactive administrative support across labelling and production functions. The role ensures that label stocks, artwork, and production documentation are well‑managed, enabling the production team to operate efficiently and meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Labelling Management
- Manage and monitor label stock levels for both customer‑specific and own‑brand products.
- Maintain accurate records of label usage, replenishment needs and supplier lead times.
- Liaise with customers to coordinate label artwork, design approvals and updates.
- Create and amend in‑house labels, ensuring accuracy, compliance and brand consistency.
- Work with suppliers or internal teams to organise print runs and deliveries.
Production Support
- Support Production Managers with daily and weekly production planning.
- Assist in preparing production schedules, documentation and batch information.
- Ensure all required labels, artwork and materials are available ahead of production runs.
- Update internal systems with production data, label allocations and stock movements.
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations and Production teams.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in an administrative, production support or operations role (manufacturing environment preferred).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when handling artwork, labels and product information.
- Confident communicator able to liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable learning internal systems.
- Basic understanding of artwork, design files or labelling processes (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to work independently and proactively within a fast‑paced environment.

Pay: £28,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
