Relate Care Solutions Ltd is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to adults receiving end-of-life care within their own homes.
This rewarding role involves supporting individuals to maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence while delivering person-centred care during a sensitive and important stage of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support to adults in their own homes.
- Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Supporting individuals with medication in accordance with care plans and company policies.
- Offering emotional support and companionship to service users and their families.
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns promptly.
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members.
- Promoting dignity, respect, choice, and independence at all times.
Requirements
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, caring, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in domiciliary care, palliative care, end-of-life care, or a similar care setting.
- Relevant health and social care qualifications.
