The Role
We are looking for a highly technical, data-driven marketing professional who excels at building systems, integrating platforms and improving marketing performance through automation and process optimisation.
The successful candidate will take ownership of our marketing technology stack, automate workflows, improve reporting, enhance lead generation processes and ensure our marketing operations deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Whilst the role includes management responsibilities for two Marketing Executives, the primary focus is systems, performance and scalability rather than content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Technology & Automation
- Own and develop the agency's marketing technology ecosystem.
- Design, build and optimise automated marketing workflows.
- Integrate platforms and eliminate manual processes.
- Work with APIs, connectors and automation tools.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology.
Data & Performance
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Track and analyse campaign performance.
- Develop attribution models where appropriate.
- Ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Create actionable insights from marketing and sales data.
- Use performance analysis to improve lead generation outcomes.
Revenue Operations
- Align marketing activity with sales outcomes.
- Improve lead management processes.
- Build scalable prospecting and nurturing systems.
- Improve reporting visibility for management.
- Create workflows that increase efficiency and conversion rates.
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop two Marketing Executives.
- Prioritise workloads and projects.
- Introduce best practice processes.
- Train team members on systems and workflows.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to required standards.
Strategic Development
- Identify new technologies that could benefit the agency.
- Recommend system improvements.
- Support the company's growth strategy through scalable infrastructure.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on operational improvements.
Essential Skills & Experience
Must Have
- 5+ years experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Technology or Marketing Automation.
- Strong CRM experience.
- Advanced understanding of marketing automation platforms.
- Experience integrating multiple software platforms.
- Strong reporting and analytics capability.
- Data-driven decision making.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Experience managing marketing workflows and processes.
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
Highly Desirable
- API integration experience.
- SQL knowledge.
- Experience with AI-powered marketing workflows.
- B2B lead generation experience.
- Agency experience.
- Knowledge of Martech and RevOps best practice.
- Understanding of sales development processes.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
