The Blueberry Hotel is a busy 10 bedroom hotel in the heart of Pontypridd. We currently have an opening for a part time breakfast chef / cook to join our team.
We are looking for someone to work in a small but busy kitchen. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen on your shift, getting quality food out to customers in a timely manner.
You will be expected to work in a clean and organised environment ensuring health and hygiene regulations are maintained at all times.
Should have up to date food hygiene and allergen certificates.
Duties include:
Preparing high quality hot meals for breakfast.
Preparation of a large range of desserts for the week ahead.
Preparation of other meals and sauces.
Clean and cut potatoes for chips.
Taking on deliveries.
Pot Wash.
