Key responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of joinery work within void properties
- Undertake basic plumbing repairs and installations
- Complete patch plastering repairs
- Fit kitchens, internal doors, skirting, architraves, and other joinery components
- Carry out general property maintenance and refurbishment works
- Diagnose defects and recommend cost-effective repairs
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the company quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of completed works
About you - Essential
- Time-served or qualified joiner (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Experience working in social housing, void properties, or domestic refurbishment environments
- Competent in basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling and general multi trade repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Experience within social housing or local authority contracts
- Additional trade qualifications
- Health and Safety awareness and relevant certificates
Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
