MOTION GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Are you a talented Motion Graphics designer knowledgeable in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator with a passion to create innovative and award-winning motion projects?
We are looking for a creatively driven Motion Graphics Designer to join our team at bbd, based in Bournemouth. You will be responsible for assisting with design, filming and animation of key motion graphic and video elements for a diverse range of clients.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Supporting the wider agency in producing campaign and standalone videos/animation content for our clients.

Assist with pre-production shoot organization and on-site filming around the UK.

Working alongside designers to bring work from concept to final with key contributions to cinematography and motion.

Experimenting with new techniques and trends to ensure that bbd’s offering is consistently cutting edge.
WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED?

4+ years motion design experience (agency preferred).

Proactive individual who can organise time effectively whilst working across multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills working collaboratively with other motion team members, the design studio and client services to consistently deliver high quality video assets.

Experience working on motion graphics assets across different channels - including but not limited to - social channels, OOH placements and events.

Excellent knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator and related plugins.

Knowledge of 3D software is good but not essential.

A creative flare for creating new ideas, building concepts, storyboards and narratives through video.

An eagerness to explore new creative opportunities using AI software and tools. With experience implementing AI assets into production workflow & output.
