Document Manager (FTC 6 Months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, writing and improving policies, pathways and SOPs, translating processes into clear, accessible documentation

Reviewing and organising existing policies, SOPs, pathways and templates

Working closely with operational leads, team leaders and policy owners to ensure documentation is accurate, current and practical

Coordinating document reviews and approvals, confidently following up with stakeholders to keep work moving

Managing document version control and ensuring materials are stored correctly and accessibly (e.g. SharePoint)

Supporting governance, audit and compliance activity by maintaining highquality, approved documentation

Providing guidance on document standards and governance requirements
Requirements:
Essential:
We are specifically looking for candidates with healthcare experience, as this role requires an understanding of healthcare regulation and governance frameworks.
You will have:

Proven experience working in NHS or private healthcare settings

Strong experience in governance, audit, policy writing, and SOP development

The ability to confidently collaborate with stakeholders and lead on policy creation and improvement

Excellent written skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, structured documents
-
Experience managing document control systems (e.g. SharePoint or similar)
-
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
-
A clinical background or registration is beneficial but not essential.
Remuneration and Benefits:

£50-£55,000 annual salary

25 days paid holiday (increasing with service to 28 days) plus bank holidays.
