Overview
Red Watch Security Limited is seeking professional, reliable and customer-focused Security Officers to support matchday operations and non-matchday events at our stadium and associated venues.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a historic football club, playing a vital role in ensuring the safety, security and enjoyment of supporters, staff, players and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Managing crowd safety and access control at stadium entry points.
- Conducting searches in line with safety and licencing requirements.
- Monitoring spectator areas and responding to incidents and disturbances.
- Providing clear directions and assistance to supporters and visitors.
- Liaising with stewards, supervisors, control room staff and emergency services.
- Enforcing stadium regulations and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
- Completing incident reports and escalation where required.
Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and calm approach under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and matchdays
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Previous stadium, event or crowd management experience.
- NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety
- Experience working in high-footfall or high-pressure environments
