Job Title: Ice Hockey Merchandise Game Assistant

Reports To: Merchandise Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Ice Hockey Merchandise Game Assistants. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the sale of team merchandise during ice hockey games and events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ice hockey, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with merchandise selections, providing product information and recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash, and process credit/debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Restock merchandise displays and ensure the sales area is clean, organised, and visually appealing.
- Maintain knowledge of current merchandise, promotions, and upcoming events.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down merchandise stands before and after games and events.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
- Additional weekly hours may be offered during busy periods
