Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of brunch dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to maintain efficient operations.
- Manage food production processes, including ingredient preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations at all times.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Assist in menu planning and development to introduce innovative brunch offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Supervising experience with a track record of leading culinary teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
