About the Role:
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Property Inventory Clerk to join our team on a self-employed basis. You’ll be responsible for conducting property inspections, preparing detailed inventory reports, and helping us maintain high standards of service for our clients.
This is a flexible opportunity that’s perfect for someone looking to manage their own time and workload while earning on a per-job basis.
You will be conducting inspections across London and surrounding areas. You will also MUST be able to conduct mid term inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough property inspections (check-ins, check-outs, and mid-term inspections).
- Record detailed inventories, including furnishings, fixtures, fittings, and property conditions.
- Produce clear, accurate, and professional reports using provided templates and software.
- Communicate effectively with clients, landlords, and tenants as required.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Must be able to travel to Hertfordshire & Essex locations
- Must have experience as an inventory clerk
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
- Access to your own vehicle and a full, clean driving licence (travel to properties required).
- Basic IT skills – experience using inventory software is an advantage (training provided if needed).
- A smartphone or tablet for report documentation.
