Multi Skilled Host
Location: Dundee DD1 Area
Pay Rate: £13.94 per hour PAYE
Start Date: Monday 24th August 2026
Duration: 2 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
We are currently recruiting for a professional and proactive Host to join a busy facilities management team in Dundee. The successful candidate will provide an excellent Front of House service while helping to maintain a welcoming, safe and well-presented working environment.
Job Duties
- Providing Front of House and reception services across different floors within the building
- Being proactive, visible and easily accessible throughout all areas of the building
- Supporting the wider facilities management team to ensure the site remains compliant with current Health and Safety legislation
- Liaising with service partners, including housekeeping and security, to ensure requests are resolved promptly and effectively
- Creating a pleasant and positive working environment for colleagues and visitors
- Carrying out basic housekeeping duties within designated areas
- Loading and unloading dishwashers
- Completing general spot cleaning in frequently used areas
- Resetting meeting rooms and communal spaces
- Maintaining the general cleanliness and presentation of kitchen facilities
- Monitoring floor and kitchen consumables and restocking them when required
- Promoting and maintaining the organisation’s core values at all times
Essential Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, appropriately and professionally
- A proactive and approachable attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues and service partners
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to complete light housekeeping duties as part of the role
- Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming environment

- FOH/Host: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence and own vehicle (preferred)
- RTW & Available to start on Monday 24th August (required)
