amtri veritas is looking for a new colleague to complement our project management team. This is an office-based full-time role providing support to the project managers and engineers - initially on a 6 month contract basis, with the option of becoming a permanent employee.
You are a people-person looking after the business needs and helping support the company on its growth path. You will be overseeing project planning, reporting, compliance, administration and office management.

Responsibilities will include:
- Ensure customer satisfaction, interpreting client needs, attend online client meetings, ensure smooth running of projects and successful completion
- customer interaction – you will support the project managers and be in contact with clients
- Ensuring excellent administrative support across all areas of the business, such as updating work-in-progress administration and issuing of purchase orders and client invoices
- Managing work planning for the engineering team, including booking in tasks, travel arrangements and administrative support
- General office management tasks
- Continuous improvement of back-office processes and thecompany quality system to increase efficiency and quality
You will need to have the following skills/experience:
- Highly organised and able to effectively manage conflicting and competing priorities
- Attention to detail
- Flexible with the ability to work around changing business needs
- Able to manage, develop and influence people and able to manage projects
- Excellent communicator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Experience of working in a highly technical environment would be welcome

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
