Barista / All-Rounder
We’re looking for people who are:• Skilled baristas with a passion for producing high-quality coffee, food, and drinks• Enthusiastic team players who are happy to support across all areas of the business• Committed to high standards, taking pride in their work and the customer experience they deliver• Available to work approximately [X] hours per week
As a Barista / All-Rounder, your key responsibilities will include:• Preparing and serving coffee, cold drinks, and food to a high standard• Delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude• Handling cash and processing payments accurately• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming workspace at all times• Carrying out general cleaning duties across all areas of the store
The successful candidate will also be expected to:• Hold a current Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene, or obtain one within 3 months of starting• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety at all times• Complete all required training and carry out any reasonable duties associated with the role• Act as a CoffeeBoy brand ambassador, upholding and representing our brand values and standards
