General Labourer – Golf Course Construction – Fife – Immediate Start
Overview
We are a Golf course construction and landscaping team specialising in the construction and renovation of high-quality golf courses. Our work is carried out on large outdoor construction sites and includes groundworks, shaping, grading, bunker construction, drainage, irrigation, turf and finishing work .
We are looking for hardworking and reliable General Labourers to join our team in Fife. This is a hands-on, physically active outdoor role, working as part of a construction team. Previous experience in construction is preferred.
Immediate start available. Applicants must have their own transport and a full UK driving licence, as our work sites are not accessible by public transport.
Duties
- Assisting with golf course construction & renovation
- Turf prep, shaping, grading, seeding, turf laying
- Bunker construction & drainage support
- Using basic hand tools (training provided)
- Moving materials (sand, soil, turf, aggregates)
- General groundworks, landscaping & site clean-up
- Working outdoors in all weather as part of a team
Requirements
- Must be 18+
- Previous experience in ground maintenance / construction preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own transport (essential, as sites are not accessible by public transport).
