An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill - Mayfair, part of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.
What you do as a Chef de Partie :

Expected to run a section, taking responsibility for the effective execution of all dishes in the section and ensuring consistent presentation and customer satisfaction.

Be able to develop the more junior members of the brigade, taking pride in passing on knowledge and effectively supervising the chefs.

Experienced Chef de Partie

Currently working in quality restaurants

Passionate about food with a desire to learn and work hard
