Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated SELF EMPLOYED Building Site Cleaner. This is a medium-long term construction where you will be responsible for cleaning the site cabins, mess unit, welfare and toilet units. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment across the site. Your efforts will ensure that the site remains compliant with health and safety standards while supporting the productivity of the entire team. Due to it being a construction site, the cabins can be dusty or muddy depending on the time of the year.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of site cabins and welfare unit, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste removal to keep the site tidy and hazard-free
- Dispose of debris and hazardous materials safely following established protocols
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is in good working order for daily use
- Follow health and safety guidelines rigorously to prevent accidents or injuries on-site
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to prioritize cleaning tasks during different phases of construction
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures specific to construction sites is a plus
- Great customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently

This self employed position position. Initially 3 days a week, 2 hours each morning (Mon, Wed, Fri) with flexibility on the time window that you attend between 8am - 12
Pay: £15.00 per hour
