Belton Park Golf Club are looking to employ reliable, customer focused staff to work as part of their Front of House team. This is an excellent job opportunity for Bar staff who want to work with one of the UK’s finest golf clubs in the East Midlands. The successful applicant will be part of a team to deliver an excellent customer focused food and beverage service to the members and guests of the Belton Park Golf Club.
The role of Bar Staff:
- Greeting and serving members and guests in a courteous, polite, friendly and professional manner.
- Assisting in the kitchen and serving drinks and food to our members and guests at the bar and in our restaurant on a daily basis and also at special events and our occasional evening club functions.
- Ensuring the bar and restaurant runs smoothly by keeping the bar and restaurant area clean and tidy.
- Monitoring stock levels of the bar and restaurant, restocking when needed.
- Enjoy working with others and be able to cooperate as part of a team.
- To be able to remember different orders from different customers.
- To be able to multitask and remain organised during a busy period.
Hours of Work
We have various shifts to suit both the applicants and Club and include Full Time, Part Time and Variable Hours shifts including weekend and evening shifts.
Successful candidates must have reliable transport to get to work.
Desirable skills & experience:
- A food hygiene certificate would be an advantage but training will be given to suitable candidates.
- Previous experience in a bar/catering establishment or in a customer facing role is advantageous but full training will be given to suitable candidates.
